Complex questions can often only be clarified in writing. This may require you to send them via the support center, especially if you want to include files or a log file. If you suspect a program error, please report it free of charge via the support center.

Important information about combit support services

Our support team will be happy to assist you with any technical questions you may have about the product. But please understand that we usually only make changes to the current version.

For customers of the Enterprise Edition

We maintain the Enterprise Edition within the scope of a Long Term Support (LTS), i.e. you receive service packs for even version numbers until release of next LTS version, typically 2 years.

Within the Priority Support of Enterprise Edition we guarantee to fix all serious bugs within 14 days from the time we are able to reproduce the issue
