Which development environments does the reporting tool integrate into?
How can I connect data sources to the report generator in .NET?
You are free to select your preferred data access. Choose from ADO.NET objects (e.g. DataSet, DataView), business objects, ORM data (e.g. Entity Framework), LINQ data or arbitrary enumerations. We also provide additional data providers for several SQL and NoSQL databases like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB etc. Additionally, any data source that comes with an OLE DB or ODBC driver can be connected as data source to our reporting tool. Relations between tables are automatically analyzed and transferred. If you need even further customization options you can simply implement your own data provider. Contact us for more information.

Sure, yes, you can build either type of application.
