Integrate List & Label into Embarcadero RAD Studio
The VCL component of List & Label compiles and integrates itself directly into the current Embarcadero RAD Studio. You get comprehensive reporting capabilities in your Delphi application. The VCL component simplifies layouting evaluations in the Designer and relieves you of printing and exporting.
VCL Data Binding
The Data Provider Interface and FireDAC are at the heart of the open source component. This allows you to connect to all supported databases.
FireDAC Data Source
According to Embarcadero, FireDAC supports many other databases besides Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQLite, DB2, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Simple Distribution
Since List & Label supports xcopy, the integration of the report generator as a Delphi reporting component into your application is very easy.

List & Label has great functionality in Delphi/CodeGear. Other reporting tools did not meet our requirements.

We have been using List & Label for more than 15 years. Flexibility and stability are the main reasons we keep using this product in our labeling and datasheet applications, which use VFP. Recently, we also used List & Label for our latest web application based on Visual Studio .NET. Functionality has been continously added and improved over the years, making this developer tool one of the best of its kind.

FAQ for Delphi Developers
How do I integrate List & Label into the Delphi IDE?
In addition to the current VCL component, we also provide an older TDBL component that compiles in older Embarcadero RAD Studio installations. However, the older component requires the obsolete BDE (Borland Database Engine). The project files are not interchangeable between the two components. For new developments with Embarcadero RAD Studio 11.3 Rio, we recommend the current VCL component. It provides considerably more functions for your Delphi reporting than the TDBL component. For example interactive preview features, several independent report containers, database-bound report parameters and more. The current component compiles and integrates itself directly from RAD Studio 10.4 Rio.
How do I use the VCL component and are there examples?
We will provide you with an example of how to use the component in the Reporting Tool for Delphi. Basically, you configure the data structure in your form, including the queries and data sources to be used. The example can be found in the List & Label installation at
